Our "last chance" workout on Saturday was crazy. First, we had our challenge of the week. We each put our backs against the wall and did a 90 degree sit challenge. You have to basically "sit" on air with your legs at a 90 degree angle and put your hands on your head. It doesn't sound that hard, but trust me, it HURTS! I pushed on through the pain and ended up finishing 2nd. My legs were shaking so bad and my quad muscles were cramping that I just had to give in. Then we did our workout for the next hour and half and it kicked me while I was down. We did the "body sculpt" class under Robin's instruction which is all cardio with lots of step, aerobics, and kick boxing all tied in together. I couldn't move after the class....literally. I was afraid to walk down the flight of stairs just to leave the room!
But it's all good. We all weighed in and I lost another pound, which is still a 2% loss. It wasn't exactly what I was looking forward to, but at least it was a loss. I was hurting alot last week with sore muscles, so hopefully this week will be a better, stronger week for me.
