Over 3 Pounds Down

I did not post after my first weigh-in, as I was a little discouraged. After the first week I had only lost half a pound. I had worked out like I was supposed to, but my diet was the problem. The problem being that I was not eating enough! So, after that weigh-in, my trainer wrote out a diet for me that she wanted me to follow last week. And of course, I was in the gym for about a hour and half each day so my schedule was really tight. I am actually enjoying the gym and my workouts now.

My second weigh-in was Saturday morning and I was a little nervous even though I knew I had a great week of dieting and exercising. I hopped on the scale and saw...

A 3 POUND LOSS!!!!

I feel like my metabolism is starting to kick in now, so hopefully this week will be just as good or even better!
