I guess I am surviving on metabolism now....
Not that I am not doing a good job because I definitely feel I am. I continue to eat healthy (but just not as on schedule as in the beginning) and I remain to workout as I am supposed to. My outdoor runs have gotten really good and my endurance is building quite nicely. I can always do better though. This was a nice week for me as I have now hit two goals in two weeks. Two Saturdays ago, I weighed in and had hit the weight I was before I got pregnant with Jon Walker. That was huge to me to be fitting in clothes I haven't worn since our first year of marriage. I am beginning to feel comfortable in shorts and even thought I looked quite decent in the new swimsuit (yes, 2 piece) that I bought recently. That confidence hasn't been in me in years!!! This past weekend, the milestone I hit was my "halfway there" goal. I lost 2 more pounds last week and that puts me at a total weight loss of 15 pounds so far. My original goal was to lose 30 pounds and I am on my way to it!
I promise there will be pictures at some point...it just seems I am always behind the camera.
