I was really feeling yuck last week after my hemstring and knee being hurt. I wasn't able to push myself like the other weeks and then my cravings got the best of me. I ate Mexican one day and was wanting a Cadbury creme egg like there was no tomorrow. So I caved and just knew my weigh-in would be bad.
I showed up Saturday morning and weighed 2 pounds less...whew!
Our challenge was to do as many drop downs (aka-football drills, grass drills)as you can do in 2 mins. Once again, it came down to me and the 16 year old in the competition. She has won every challenge with me coming in a very near second each time. Saturday afternoon I couldn't even pick up my kids I was so sore and today I feel like I have been run over by a mack truck.
But I must pick myself up and get motivated for a new week. I am praying that my knee will not let me down and I can pull an even bigger number on Saturday.
